1. Scope of Agreement
Welcome to Sana Lux Care. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking system, wellness retreat services, and related support (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services
Sana Lux Care provides senior-focused wellness retreats, including hydrotherapy, mobility classes, therapeutic massages, nutrition consultations, and mindfulness workshops. Services are offered to individual guests and through corporate or family group bookings. Misuse of our Services or fraudulent activity is prohibited.

3. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our online system or by contacting us directly. Service fees are displayed on our website and confirmed at booking. Payment is due in advance by credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule retreats for non-payment.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule up to 7 days before your retreat start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days but more than 48 hours before start incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to arrive (“no-show”) forfeit the full retreat fee.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your stay, please notify us within 48 hours of arrival. We will make every reasonable effort to address and correct the issue at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve it, you may request a partial refund proportionate to the affected services. Refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Liability & Warranty
Our Services are carried out with professional care. Sana Lux Care is not liable for pre-existing health conditions or for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. We warrant our therapeutic and accommodation services for the duration of your stay against issues directly related to our performance.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our site—text, images, logos—is owned by Sana Lux Care. You may not reproduce or use our materials without prior written consent.

7. Modifications & Termination
We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted online. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate Services or your access for breach of Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
